I've decided no more "woe is me". I'm not going to dwell on what I don't have anymore. I've got some other things to dwell on - like getting healthy and kicking diabetes to the curb. That should be my main goal and I'm going to work towards that. Plus, since I've signed up to do the walk again, I really should be spending my evenings and weekends training, to better prepare myself for another round of blisters but most importantly, getting healthy!
It's so easy to fall back into the lazy routine so I'm going to spend the next 15 days doing the opposite. They say it takes three weeks to make a habit so I figure if I can hit two weeks out of the park, then I can make this a habit.
A new attitude on life - myself, my family, my friends. No more wishing for things, I'm going to start doing things. There are some things that I can control so I should. The other things, I'll just leave those how they are.
