BLECH

Decided to do something positive this morning - take my vitamins.  lol  These things are huge and I now understand why so many people hate taking pills.  There are just too many of them!  Only one little pill out of them all.  Crikey!

Anyone have vitamin recommendations?  I currently take:

1 One A Day Women's Multi-Vitamin
1 Trader Joe's Vitamin C
3 Omega 3
1 B12

They are all huge pills, except the B12.  That one is a small little pink dot that dissolves under my tongue.  The way they all should be!

Perhaps by taking vitamins, drinking water, and eating healthier, I'll finally start to feel better and lose some weight.  Let's keep our fingers crossed!
