And the crazy sets in!

I feel as though I'm on an emotional roller coaster and there is no way to get off!

This morning I decided to call the doc's office, one last time before going all bitchy, and was pleasantly surprised! After being on hold for 10 minutes, I finally got my progesterone results - 14.7, clearly showing I Od - and then got a last minute appointment to get checked so I could get a refill on Clomid. Apparently, no matter what, I have to be monitored when on Clomid. I told the nurse that I had been trying to get answers since Wednesday and she apologized for the delay.

So, even though I had the blood work done almost two weeks ago and the results were sent to the doc's office last week, until a nurse or doc reviews them, I will never know the results! At least, that is the scenario this case. The results came in Wed but no one was there to read/sign off until Friday. Well why didn't they tell me that when I called Wednesday and Thursday and Friday?!?! On the phone, I told the nurse that I am not trying to be a bitch, I am just trying to get pregnant and this isn't helping!! I almost started crying, she could probably hear it in my voice. So she got me in at 10 and I walked out with a better feeling.

This will be my second round of Clomid; I only get two more rounds before a referral to a specialist. We're doing 2 rounds of 50 and 2 rounds of 100 (if needed) and that is all, unless the doc wants to go one more round. The nurse suggested DH get checked out. Not sure if I'll be able to get him to submit himself to that. Not that it's hard - doing an SA is probably the easiest thing he'll have to do this whole time!!

Today is CD5 and I think I have a little spotting after the exam - which showed no signs of cysts WOO - and cramping. Just when I thought it was over, it's not!

I'm a bit bummed that I'm starting the Clomid a little late - CD5-8 instead of 3-7 - and hope it doesn't jack my O date. I'll be taking OPK to help pinpoint O date. Not quite ready to check out CM yet EWWW lol
